Terms & Conditions — po99 Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the po99 online gaming platform, accessible at https://po99.cam ("the Platform", "po99", "we", "us", "our"). The Platform is operated by the entity behind the po99 brand, and these Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between that entity and any individual who accesses or uses the Platform ("you", "the Player", "the User").

po99 is an English-language online gaming platform designed for Pakistani users. It offers sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, esports and instant games. Account balances and transactions are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for user convenience.

Important Notice Regarding Pakistani Law: Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. po99 does not hold a gambling licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any Pakistani provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. Users in Pakistan must understand and comply with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction. By using this Platform, you represent that you have done so and that your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction. This document does not constitute legal advice.

Throughout these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below:

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
• You have read and accept the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.
• You are of legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction (at minimum 18 years of age, or the higher minimum required by the operator/licence jurisdiction).
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction and you accept full responsibility for compliance with applicable local law.

To register and maintain an Account on po99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator/licence jurisdiction. po99 enforces strict age verification. Providing false age information is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Identity: You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts and organisations may not register Accounts.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be resident in, or accessing from, a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify whether gambling is lawful in your location.
• Exclusion Lists: You must not be self-excluded from po99 or be on a gambling exclusion register that applies to the Platform.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You agree to promptly update your information if it changes.

• po99 reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Accounts created using false, inaccurate or incomplete information may be suspended immediately pending investigation.
• po99 may request supporting documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, payment method documentation) as part of the KYC process. Failure to provide required documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.
• The name on your po99 Account must match the name on your verified identity document and your designated payment method.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree that:

• You will not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You will select a strong, unique password not used on other platforms.
• You will log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• You will notify po99 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• po99 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security, except where such loss is caused by our negligence.

Deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit amounts are as set by the operator and displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. Illustrative examples of minimum deposits shown in promotional materials (e.g., PKR 1,000) are for guidance only and subject to change.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Payment method availability — including references to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and crypto methods such as BTC and USDT — is subject to operator terms and regional restrictions at the time of deposit. The mention of these payment names does not constitute endorsement, partnership or gambling support from those institutions.
• po99 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. These are outside po99's control.
• All funds deposited must be used for genuine entertainment purposes on the Platform. Depositing solely to circumvent payment provider restrictions, or for money-laundering purposes, is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following terms:

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name and, where applicable, previously used for deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. po99 may request identity documents, address verification and payment method proof at any stage.
• If an active bonus has been claimed, any applicable wagering requirement must be fully met before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be processed. Failure to meet wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.
• po99 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing windows are set by the operator and the relevant payment provider. No specific timeframe is warranted.
• po99 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks prior to approving any withdrawal, which may extend processing time.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are set by the operator and displayed in the cashier section.

All bonuses and promotional offers provided by po99 are subject to specific terms set at the time of the offer. General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before funds can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., ×20, ×25, ×30) will be stated in the specific offer terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are set by the operator and disclosed in the offer terms.
• Minimum Deposit: A minimum qualifying deposit is required to activate most bonuses. Illustrative examples in promotional materials (such as PKR 1,000) are examples only; actual minimums are stated in current offer terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire after a defined period from the date of issue or date of activation, as stated in the specific offer terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held at a time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous one is active may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.
• Abuse: po99 reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim bonus funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Illustrative Nature: Bonus amounts and percentages referenced on the homepage and across the site (e.g., "100% up to PKR 25,000", "Cricket Weekend Offer up to PKR 15,000") are illustrative examples only and are not guaranteed live promotions. Current live offers are displayed in the Platform's promotions section at the time of login.

All wagers placed on po99 are subject to the following general betting rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled after confirmation except where explicitly permitted by the relevant game or sports betting rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per market or game are set by the operator and may vary by event type, game category or Account tier.
• Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds applied to that wager.
• po99 reserves the right to void bets in the event of technical errors, data feed failures, obvious pricing errors, or where bets have been placed after an event has concluded.
• In the event of disputes regarding bet outcomes, the Platform's recorded data and operator decisions shall be final, subject to the complaints procedure.
• Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting tools or exploitation of software errors are all strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the po99 Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, including using different names, email addresses or payment methods to circumvent Account restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering, fraud or financial crime purpose.
• Sharing Account access, or allowing any third party to operate your Account on your behalf.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or unintended software behaviour for financial gain.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, including for placing bets or manipulating game outcomes.
• Any conduct that po99 reasonably believes constitutes collusion, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing po99 support staff or other users.

Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

po99 is committed to responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following player protection tools, availability subject to operator implementation:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits may be set by the Player at any time from their Account settings. Increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week or month.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated reminders and session time limits may be configured to manage time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary account restriction of between 24 hours and six weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request full self-exclusion, which blocks access to the Platform and all marketing communications for a defined period. Requests are processed without requiring justification.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications during play sessions to remind players of time elapsed and net session activity.

po99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or financial crime.
• Chargebacks initiated by the Player or their payment provider.
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so.
• At the Player's own voluntary request.

Upon Account closure, any balance held (excluding bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the Player via a verified payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and absence of pending investigations.

All content on the po99 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and software, is the property of po99 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from po99.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• po99 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
• po99 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• po99's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total funds held in that Player's Account at the time of the incident.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated and licensed. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Players in Pakistan acknowledge that they access the Platform subject to Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and accept full responsibility for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. po99 does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.

po99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this document.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure.
